These terms define the customer use of Softihami ERP SaaS website, demo, package purchase, customer portal and hosted ERP access.
Subscription access
- ERP access depends on active package status and expiry date.
- Customer is responsible for correct account and company information.
- Demo access may be limited by duration, data and available modules.
Billing and activation
Package activation may require payment verification by admin or connected payment gateway. Access can be suspended after expiry or policy violation.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, damage services or upload harmful content.
Limitation
Softihami provides ERP tools and hosting access according to the selected package. Business decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
